After we have gotten various estimates, we chose Turnkey Roofing to replace our old, wind damaged roof. Michael Kolnicki was our Account Manager who was very knowledgeable, professional and was ready to answer any questions with patience. The crew of workers were extremely punctual, a hard working team (as they were a team of 5-6 workers not 10 as some companies use) and cleaned up our property once the job was completed not leaving any debris or nails on our property. Wow! Was promised a roof before Christmas. Finally got a delivery the Monday before Christmas. Then nothing for 3 weeks. Then 2 different guys from their company show up the same day, 2 hours apart to see if the materials ate all there so they can start. "Where is the insulation?" I ask. No insulation was ordered even though I specifically asked for 2" insulation. The next evening I get a call from Jeff Williams, the sales representative stating I would be charged another $2200 for the insulation when on the order day I specifically asked what was the charge and he answered that it was all included. After many phone calls and no more contact with Jeff even though he was right on my block at the neighbors the next day, I had to cancel my contract. I did receive my refund, minus the permit cost. I am a widow and this was all a nightmare. Finally, today, 9 weeks later, after numerous phone calls, that initial delivery of materials was picked up. I am so thankful to now have a well-built r
