After we have gotten various estimates, we chose Turnkey Roofing to replace our old, wind damaged roof. Michael Kolnicki was our Account Manager who was very knowledgeable, professional and was ready to answer any questions with patience. The crew of workers were extremely punctual, a hard working team (as they were a team of 5-6 workers not 10 as some companies use) and cleaned up our property once the job was completed not leaving any debris or nails on our property. Dan Reese. He was nice, always answered my questions, answered my calls 100% very friendly and professional. If I would need a roof in the future I would not use Torrington company. There was work missing to complete the job. I called the office on several occasions. Sometimes no one answered the call. When they did answer and said they were going to send somebody no one ever came. It took them about a month to complete the job. I had to call repeatedly to get somebody out to complete the job.
