The company is terrific, and in particular, my service tech Patrick is the best! Competent, clean, friendly, on time, what more can I say? Great company! Clean, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I have the bi-annual routine maintenance service with Total Air and know my AC is on tip-top condition whenever they leave. Wilder came to complete my most recent routine maintenance and was excellent. He took his shoes off in the house (without me asking) and was sure to keep things clean during his service. When he was done, I could hardly tell he was here except for seeing my system clean outside (he sprayed the outside unit down to ensure it kept its sparkling clean look).
