Randy and Brittany were here within an hour of my phoning them. Found the problem within minutes. The entire crew were at my house within the hour of Randy being here. They were all very good about explaining what they were doing. Answered all my questions. Reasonable price. Very efficient at their job. I would recommend them for your a/c needs. Veteran Air came highly recommended by a good friend of mine. A very nice young man Jack came out, did a diagnostic and blew out the pipes $187.00. An hour later, there was still dripping on my hallway floor, & my ceiling wet with the popcorn ceiling dropping on my floor, so I called Veteran Air again. Owner & his wife came out, he told me the bottom was rusted out & said I needed a new unit 3 ton $6715.00- the $187.00 pd earlier=$6528.00. Wife showed no empathy of my situation, just stated the cash price & finance price. Upon doing more research, I found out that homes with way more square footage & larger units were $700.00 cheaper than I was quoted, & that all I need is the pan replaced. Because of that, I'm in the process of more honest quotes. I spent the whole day crying over this as I'm a widow on a very fixed income. My advice to whomever reads this is don't believe everything you're told by the 1st company you choose. Get multiple quotes, do your research, talk to many family
