I called Rocket Rooter this morning to see about scheduling a service for our septic system. Doug answered right away, took my information, and got us on the schedule today! Two men came to do the job, Brandon & Blake. They were very nice and got right to work. They even answered some questions I had. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Let’s face it - you never think about septic service until you need it, but when you need it, you REALLY need it. Late on a Sunday night, all hell broke loose at my house, the first time I’ve ever dealt with septic issues. I called Rocket a little after 7 am and they told me they would be at my house between noon and 2 PM. Around 10 AM, they roll up. I can’t tell you what fabulous service I had and they fixed the problem immediately. The price was surprisingly low as well but I probably would’ve paid most anything! Brandon came out and went above and beyond! Needed our septic pumped and he not only pumped the fluid side but I learned there is a solid side and he took care of that too! Waiting on a quote for a new drain field but have them saved for future needs’. Thanks sooooo much Brandon!
