Brandon came out and went above and beyond! Needed our septic pumped and he not only pumped the fluid side but I learned there is a solid side and he took care of that too! Waiting on a quote for a new drain field but have them saved for future needs’. Thanks sooooo much Brandon!
I called Rocket Rooter this morning to see about scheduling a service for our septic system. Doug answered right away, took my information, and got us on the schedule today! Two men came to do the job, Brandon & Blake. They were very nice and got right to work. They even answered some questions I had. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Courteous , professional young man hustled and fixed problems. With his expertise found second lid. Three times using someone else my tank was only half pumped. It was a mess. Great job Brandon.
