Let’s face it - you never think about septic service until you need it, but when you need it, you REALLY need it. Late on a Sunday night, all hell broke loose at my house, the first time I’ve ever dealt with septic issues. I called Rocket a little after 7 am and they told me they would be at my house between noon and 2 PM. Around 10 AM, they roll up. I can’t tell you what fabulous service I had and they fixed the problem immediately. The price was surprisingly low as well but I probably would’ve paid most anything! Both toilets, master shower and sink all blocked and backed up. Kevin to the rescue and had everything unblocked and in great working order in a very timely manner. Kevin Is great.
