This is the third time I've used their services for my old AC system. I called in the morning, was told I'd get a call back from Dave. He called 20 minutes later and we set up a time. A few hours later, he showed up, replaced the broken part and everything was great. Always professional, always timely and a great company to work with. David ( Bloomingdale Air), followed a predatory company who diagnosed my problem as a failed compressor and convinced me to pay $2397 up front for its replacement. Days later and still no repair, I called Bloomingdale Air. Your technician, David identified the problem immediately along with the previous company's nefarious service. The previous company installed a capacitor which was not compatible with my package unit. Additionally, the wiring was done incorrectly so they were able to simulate a compressor failure and then extract full payment upfront for the work. David installed the correct part and correctly wired the part .....instantly the AC unit began to work! NOBODY but Bloomingdale Air will ever service my AC again.
