I notice my A/C system is taking a long time to kick in even when temperature is set at 70 degree. I placed a warranty called and within 24 hours I was scheduled with an appointment. Tech/Frank came out and found that the A/C condenser fan motor need to be replace. Frank came back with new part within 24 hours to replaced. Frank is did good quality work and he was professional. Horrible experience. Had an issue, they didn’t fix it, called a month later to have them come again and can’t even get an answer or a call back. The only reason I used them is because they were the installers just a couple of years ago and the unit hasn’t been right for the last year.

I Had a cooling problem with my unit recently, the very professional tech came and explained to me that my evaporator had froze up due to low on Freon, he found the leak right away and got my house cooling again as soon as possible.
