I have a Wells Fargo Home Improvement card and not too many companies will take this card to help homeowners like myself when I have issues with plumbing or leaking so when I found out the R.J. Kiety did I said that was truly a Blessing and their technician Bill was the one who always came to my home to do the work but this last job he did for Amy the scheduling representative didn't inform me that the company was no longer taking my card anymore and Bill wasn't aware of it either so he had did the job now I am upset because I don't have the money to pay for the job out of pocket and when company stop taking my card it hurts and I am sad to lose them as someone who fix problems that I don't have to pay money all at once they were a good company to go to I pray I can find another company that takes my card for plumbing work I pray God Blessed them to maybe have a change of heart because they truly was a big blessing to me and my family

We paid Kielty around $1000 to hook up our dishwasher, faucet, sink, and garbage disposal in conjunction with a remodeling project. When the plumber arrived, I asked him how he was doing, and he said he was hungover. After he declared the job finished and left, the water just gushed into our brand new cabinets. They came back. After the second trip, water leaked from the faucet, water still leaked from the dishwasher port, and the garbage disposal did not work. After the third trip, the garbage disposal worked, and there was only a small leak, from the drain. I called Kielty and was transferred to their service department. They never returned my call. Jack, the plumber RJ Kielty sent was great.He was very knowledgeable and respectful and offered great customer service. Having a lot of plumbing work done can be overwhelming and stressful but both Jack and Jesse, the manager, went above and beyond making my experience a memorable one. They set my mind at ease with their level of knowledge, calming demeanor and can-do attitude. Now my plumbing problems are history.
