Jack, the plumber RJ Kielty sent was great.He was very knowledgeable and respectful and offered great customer service. Having a lot of plumbing work done can be overwhelming and stressful but both Jack and Jesse, the manager, went above and beyond making my experience a memorable one. They set my mind at ease with their level of knowledge, calming demeanor and can-do attitude. Now my plumbing problems are history.

We have had a Maintenance plan with this company which involves a monthly auto charge and then they service your equipment twice a year. We set up an appointment for our fall check up and they never came or called. We called and they said he would be arriving soon, but never did. We scheduled another date, but again, didn’t show up and no call. How do you run a business this way? They told us they would credit us for one month, which they never did. Even after we told them we no longer wanted to use their service because they don’t actually provide service, they still tried to charge our credit card for the monthly fee. We left several messages for the manager but they never returned out calls. Terrible business Service: A/C system maintenance

Excellent - Quality, Prompt and Professional. I really can't say enough good things about RJ Kielty. I worked with Jack Dungey, who came out on a Saturday (for no extra charge). The price quote was a fixed fee based on project -- not hours and parts were included. Price was very reasonable. I called about 10 plumbing companies and this was by far the most professional and organized. They'll be my go to and Jack provided incredible customer service.
