Marlin James Air Conditioning & Heating

We have been a member of Marlin James Red Club since 2006. Very rarely do we have a situation which we have to call the office to handle a problem, but it is almost always an A/C issue and not an employee issue. Danny was our Red Club service guy today and, as usual for Marlin James employees, he went above and beyond servicing our A/C. He explained to me what he did today and I appreciated it. I don't understand A/C jargon but thank you Danny for explaining it to me where I understood it.

Marlin James is THE best company hands down. Christopher Warren diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and ensured there were no other issues. Come to find out the previous company I had service my system told me the heat portion was broken and I needed a whole new system for $13K. Christopher identified everything was working correctly except for one wire - which was disconnected in a way that might be overlooked by a novice. Re-making this wire connection and BAM everything works fine now! The professionalism, honesty and integrity of Marlin James is hard to find. Thank you!!!! Now, we need another cold front….
