Ricardo came out to move my outdoor unit from one side of the house to the other side. First off we chose him because of his responsiveness and his reasonable pricing. Wow just wow! The level of care Ricardo and his team have shown us has been unreal. Anything from coming on a holiday to look at our system, to getting a new A/C unit installed within a couple of days, and now a service call at 9:30 at night due to a leak we had.
