I have been using Brisk air to maintain my system since I moved into my home in Nokomis this past year. On Christmas Eve - the coldest one in 20 years here, so they say - the heat went off and I couldn't get it back on after trying the things the internet suggests and calling Brisk for customer support. I couldn't believe that I actually reached someone midday on a Saturday, much less Christmas Eve, but since I couldn't get it to switch on, someone was out within the hour to get the system up and running for me. He couldn't have been nicer and I am so grateful to them! So far they have been out to my place for two regularly scheduled maintenance visits, and this one emergency visit. I couldn't be happier with their service. Service: HVAC system maintenance
John is a very professional and nice person. I have him taking care of my A/c for years and I also recommended to my friend. I called him yesterday and he was here on time and solve the problem in few minutes. I’m very satisfied with his service.
