I am always hesitant to give a 5 star review but in this case I actually excited to do so. I can’t remember ever being this satisfied with a company of any kind. I was in desperate need of an entire system replacement. Because I was just coming off of an horrendous A/C experience, I did an extraordinary amount of research before choosing a replacement company. Dealing with J&J was like stepping back in time when customer satisfaction was actually the primary concern. From my very first contact I received the very best of care and professionalism. They were courteous, honest, competitive, knowledgeable responsive and efficient. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending J & J. Trouble shooting is the service performed. Joe was early and called to give ETA, making it easy for me to meet him. The office staff was great and Jeff goes above and beyond to help. Very satisfied with their service!
