Ben just installed an Iwave, replaced some uv bulbs and did the disinfectant for the ducts, my mom and I have bad allergies, the price was very reasonable another place quoted double for just a cleaning which apparently could damage the ducts then I was worried we should replace all the hvac ducts after talking to someone else but Smittys inspected everything and said they were in great condition and there was no need, after 30 minutes the air smells better, they could have really taken advantage of us and said yes replace the ducts but they have always been honest with us and helpful and they absolutely do not price gouge! Smitty’s is the best! I called today and they were here in an hour. I have used them for three years and every call and every appointment we have set up has been a pleasure. They go above and beyond what I was used to with my old AC companies. Very professional, always on time and very thorough. I highly recommend them. Ben has always been my service tech, whom is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Smitty’s and Ben, you are always there when I need you!

This isnt a review of their work. I encountered one of their drivers on the road, rt41 heading south in Osprey. The driver was so amazingly discourteous to every other driver, tailgating, cutting people off, weaving. I saw him almost cause two accidents in a short amount of time. Im not a stickler for perfect driving, not everyone drives perfectly. So for me to take the time to write this screams how outrageous this drivers behavior was. I noticed in another review the owner responded by saying they were a Christ centered company. That driver was certainly not backing up the owners statement. I will not support this business. edit: the response suggests a denial. The day before my review posted the driver was heading south on 41 between Bay St and Blackburn at approx 3:50pm. He was tailgating ridiculously close to other cars, he was cutting off other vehicles as he weaved through. I saw him almost cause two accidents.
