Everything about this experience was positive. We have read so many reviews about different tradesman, so when we found JC Phase with no negatives, we gave them a call. I spoke to the owner, who offered to come ASAP the next morning. He came early the next morning and looked at all of the possible challenges to our project in several ways. Then, when it was clear he was our guy, he promised to do what he could to squeeze us in. An hour later I re dived a text saying he could make it work by starting our job on the early side two days later. Showing up on time was another of his guys, also named Jim. Polite and patient as together we tried again to figure the best solution. He came up with two entirely different solutions, and then set about doing it...letting us know through every step to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it. Very unusual in my experience most tradesman get focused on completing the task. End result. Perfection!! Better than expected and extremely reasonable price

First off, these reviews are the reason I chose this company and at this point I'd say there should be a lot more great reviews. I'm very satisfied with the work I had done at my rental property in south Venice. It's not everyday that you run into the serious issue I had. These guys were very prompt and safety conscious and they took the matter seriously. I price shopped and was definitely not over charged for the work I had done. It would have been very easy for them to rip me off given the level of urgency related to my of my electrical problem. They came in compentetive and did the work at a very high professional standard. Thanks again Buddy and Jim for your professionalism. I don't know many companies that could have pulled a permit and gotten this job done within 48hours. Very pleased and I'll be using them for all of my electrical contracting in the future. Ryan

These guys are great. My appreciation to all those who rated and reviewed them as it was those reviews which gave me the confidence to try them. They were fast, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely fair in their pricing. JC Phase resolved my electrical issue for only $99 after Mr Sparky wanted over $300 JUST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
