I have used Patrick air for the past few years. I highly recommend this company. I recently had to call them out because the air conditioning wasn't cooling my home, Patrick Air arrived within two hours of me calling, they were highly professional and assured me that they would not leave me without air conditioning. It turned out to be a leak in the unit, they had to order a part which would take a few days to get, but Patrick came back and refilled the coolant several time so I would not be without cool air. The customer service is awesome, they were very clean, courteous and very easy to deal with. I give Patrick Air 5 stars in professionalism and knowledge of there scope of businesses.

Our HVAC system needed to be replaced. I received several proposals from various Companies. I chose Patrick Air. I found the organization to be knowledgeable and professional. They installed a York HVAC system in 6 hours. I made the correct decision. Our new system was not only competitively priced it has proven to be more efficient than our previous system . I have been really happy with the service and I've had them out for a few different issues over the last 2 years or so. The 2 gentleman who usually come out for the service are so friendly, thoughtful and respectful. I feel that they are consciencious about budget and understand it isn't easy for everyone to have the additional expense. I trust them which is not super easy for me to do so it says alot. I totally forgot I had a new thermostat for them to install during the last visit so I'll be seeing them again sometime soon ???? . Services: A/C system repair, Thermostat installation
