The best part of this experience was Paul Mercer, the project manager. He kept in touch with us through the whole roof installation! Very professional and knowledgeable which means so much since we could not be there. Kingdom is so lucky to have such a dedicated person. I would recommend Kingdom Roofing to EVERYONE! They have been incredible from start to finish. They went above beyond our expectations. Paul Mercer, the project manager came by or checked in with us everyday during the installation. He communicated with us every step of the way. The crews that worked on our roof, both for removing the old tile and installing the new were all AMAZING! They showed up everyday and cleaned up each day before leaving. Myself and Melissa Norris were not sure what to expect going into this process because of what we had heard about OTHER roofing companies. Kingdom did everything they said they would and more. The final invoice was exactly what our initial price estimate quote was.
