I wanted to deal with a hometown owner and have known both Shawn and his dad for over 20 years. When I needed a new system Shawn responded quickly to my request for a quote and answered all my questions and made sure I was getting the best system for my needs. On the day of the installation, his crew arrived and before I knew it I had a new system installed. They were polite, courteous and professional and did a great job of cleaning up. Royal Air went above and beyond to repair my AC at my most desperate time of need. They worked with me in terms of my warranty and insurance which helped cover most of the costs. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Royal Air Conditioning! Donny and Austin showed up when they said they would, they were thorough with installation, cleaned up everything in the area where they worked, were kind, courteous, respectful, and just decent men. Then this last weekend lightening struck and our air went out. It was a Saturday evening when I called, I didn't expect a response until Monday, but I got a call back right away, and Andy was at my house 30 minutes later and fixed the problem! That level of dedication is unprecedented in Florida. Thank you to everyone at Royal, you are outstanding! I never hesitate to recommend you to everyone, and will continue to do so!
