James The technician went to my mother's house in Lutz, Florida ,within a hour of time when she placed the phone call. I was amazed on the respect and the honesty. The technician James let my mother know, that she was still under warranty . So she was able to get it replaced for free. However, other companies would have took advantage of an elderly person. I needed a water heater replaced that was under warranty. The quote they came back with for just labor was more than 40% higher than all other offers(6 in total). I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Plenty of other reliable plumbers to go with. Service: Water tank installation
