A & H is the only A/C service I use. The tech, Mr Williams, is outstanding. I would like to say the best of the best, but I have never had, in 20+ years of use, a bad tech from A & H. I highly, highly recommend A & H to everyone. Thank you for the 6 month servicing of my unit. Today, Robert came to provide the 6 month maintenance on our system. Our AC unit started making a funny noise and we called A&H services on Wednesday, August 17. We explained the noise to the owner and he scheduled Nixon the tech to come to our house the next day. Based on his diagnosis, he informed us that we needed a new unit to replace our 14 year old AC unit that had also been installed by A&H. Before Nixon left, we had a quote for the new AC. We accepted it and we were scheduled for an installation on Tuesday the 22nd. Chris, our technician that installed our last unit also installed this one with two other techs. Chris and Nixon are our regular techs for us and we trust them completely because they always do outstanding work for us. Chris and the other two techs had the unit installed within six hours and cleaned up everything nicely. The office staff at A& H completed our online warranty registration for the Air handler and condenser and the FPL rebate. As soon as you meet Chris or Nixon, you know you are in good hands. Our AC went down and I called A&H Services to see if they could come out and fix it same day. We have used them previously to install new systems in our prior home. They were able to come out same day, unlike another company that we called! Our service tech was Ron. He did a great job for us. He was able to locate a condensation line outside the house that other companies could not seem to find. Then he cleared the line and got the unit working again. The cost was reasonable service was excellent.
