We’ve had our experiences with companies that don’t show up or perform well; my fears were alleviated with Envirotech. Every interaction has been top notch ~ from how I was treated from the office to their Techs, Chris & Kenneth! I received reminder calls/text & the Guys were on time. Chris & Kenneth were so Professional and knowledgeable, which helped put me at ease right away. They were able to answer my questions and give me valuable information on services I might benefit from. They respected our property & protected the furniture. They did everything they said they would and they did an excellent job!! I am Grateful & I recommend them highly???????? Services: A/C system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Most consumers are suspicious of contractors - period. We never know if what they say needs done really needs done and even worse, if we hire them to do the work we don’t know if they actually do it! I was very cautious when it came time to finding a contractor to clean the aid ducts in my house. I had several companies come to give me estimates. I then compared what each said I needed to have done and then I discussed the information with my regular AC technician. I went back and forth with 2 contractors. One was 2/3rds the price of the other and one said they could get the job done “today” in 3-4 hours while the other said it would take 7 hours and they were booked for 2 weeks! One wanted to remove the coil from my AC unit to clean it - the other wanted to clean it in place. After several days of consideration I chose Envirotech. Their price was more expensive and I had to wait 2+ weeks but I’m glad I did. They are very professional and they took time to show me what they were doing

This was a horrible experience. They quickly secured me with a new air conditioning unit which was great, and then it all went down hill from there. The install was incomplete and unprofessional. The became very disrespectful as time went on. They knew I needed to pull a permit and receive an inspection, yet they didn’t even complete the install properly. I had to reach out to them for 8 months over and over to complete the job in time for the inspection. They wouldn’t call, wouldn’t show, wouldn’t take responsibility for any of their deplorable actions , disrespect, and shoddy work. Hence, our Inspection failed immediately. So not only are we out the money we had to pay for the inspection, but now we have to pay another company to complete the job, reapply, reapply and repay for another inspection.
