Absolute Plumbing LLC

Absolute came out to my house to repair some toilets. One started running. They came back out and tried one fix and then had to replace a part the same day when the first try didn't solve the problem. Butch was so polite, so concerned about making sure he replaced exactly and only what was necessary. Can't say enough about how responsive this company is and diligent. They call when they say they will, arrive when they say they will and listen to what you have to tell them about the problem. I would highly recommend Absolute Plumbing.

I called Absolute plumbing to come out and look at an issue I was having with my toilet and shower. The field Supervisor was on time, very nice and attentive. I was expecting a proposal for the work within 24 hours. I did not receive it, so I called my contact and he explained they were backed up and it could take another day but that he would be sure to get back to me. When I did not hear from him the next day, I called the office and they said they needed more time. Bottom line, I never got a proposal or a call back. Their lack of response was shocking as I used Absolute in many times in the past. I learned this company was recently sold so proceed with caution.
