Jimmy the owner is a prince among men. Honest to a fault. Great communicator. Works with your budget, explains all the options. Works well when my wife has to drop off her car. Very respectful. She gets the same honest treatment I get. I've been going to Jimmy for over 10 years. He gets my highest recommendation.
Jim is a very confusing person to talk to - not friendly - no customer service skills. I have a disability and tried to talk to him about installing wiring on my car for a lift for my scooter. At first he said I'd need to bring the car to him to get a quote. Then he said it would take three hours and quoted $300 - not sure how he got three hours. When I asked him about what he first said he got rude with me - told me to go elsewhere. Not a nice person at all. Told me he is a small shop and can't do estimates. I just hung up as I don't deal with idiots very well.
I would definitely recommend this place..very knowledgeable, sincere and friendly..price was fair and got my work van back to me quick..Very Pleased..Steve O.
