The rating really should be about 3 1/2 stars, because this particular visit was more positive than negative. I was getting my toilet replaced after Dee Maria visited prior for a leaky toilet and suggested that replacing my 1997 toilet would be a better option. Even though it was pouring rain today, the technician removed my old toilet and did a wonderful job installing the new one, without complaint. I also appreciated that I was able to schedule this on the same day with their customer service representative who is always warm and professional. The reason I haven’t given a five star rating this time is solely because of the price. Ordinarily, I find Dee Maria Plumbing to be quite reasonable, however, this time I was quite disappointed. The only company-supplied item that needed to be added, was a braided stainless steel supply for the toilet (unfortunately it was not included with the toilet I purchased) The cost of that one item was $134.50. ???? Dee Maria is a first class plumbing business. They did hot water heater cleaning and fine tuned and updated 2 showers heads and 5 water faucets. Their mechanic was very professional and knowledgeable. I have used them at my house for installation and maintenance. They are the best in Palm Beach County. They did a very bad service and created a lot of damage. They were very aggressive and did not state the facts. They damaged the pipe threads while replacing the main drain in the tub. They do not want to come back and fix the damage. This damage will cost me a lot of money to replace the pipe that is imbedded in the concrete together with the other damages that it caused by the leak to the wall and the floor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. THEY ARE NOT PROFFESSIONAL, NOT POLITE, AND VERY AGGRESSIVE. I WISH I DID NOT HIRE THEM BUT IT IS TOO LATE NOW! Service: Shower repair
