We live in the South End, WPB, and recently required a good licensed plumber for an ongoing issue which became emergent. . We chose to try a new company and worked with Dee Marie Plumbing. We had a very positive experience. Finding a good plumber is not always easy, and we were very very happy with the work and general outcome. Kevin, who serviced our house, is obviously a very experienced plumber, and easy to work with. He was available to squeeze us in, showed up on time, had great follow through, and got the job done. And Done well. Also, added bonus, their fees are reasonable and much more in line and competitive than many of the other companies we have used in the area. Carey, in the office, went out of her way to accommodate and communicate with me, as we were juggling schedules, and had a lot going on. Dee Maria plumbing is the only company I would use as they offer the total package from the time you call the office and teck letting you know they are arriving. Always cleanup after the job is completed and informs you of the entire job. Thanks for the emergency request before the washer and dryer delivery in my condo. 100% recommend their service.

The rating really should be about 3 1/2 stars, because this particular visit was more positive than negative. I was getting my toilet replaced after Dee Maria visited prior for a leaky toilet and suggested that replacing my 1997 toilet would be a better option. Even though it was pouring rain today, the technician removed my old toilet and did a wonderful job installing the new one, without complaint. I also appreciated that I was able to schedule this on the same day with their customer service representative who is always warm and professional. The reason I haven’t given a five star rating this time is solely because of the price. Ordinarily, I find Dee Maria Plumbing to be quite reasonable, however, this time I was quite disappointed. The only company-supplied item that needed to be added, was a braided stainless steel supply for the toilet (unfortunately it was not included with the toilet I purchased) The cost of that one item was $134.50. ???? I understand that businesses must do
