Campany Roofing

Our HOA chose this company to install a new roof on our units which in my opinion was a HUGE mistake, if I could give a negative star I would. Our old roofs where sloped properly and all excessive water would drain out of the overflow scuppers, with the new roofs the overflow scuppers were not properly incorporated into the new roof design allowing water to shed off multiple sides of the roof hours after the rain stops and not out of the "Overflow Scuppers" which is what they are intended for. The excessive water that should be flowing out of the overflow scuppers is now being dumped into our patio causing water to backup to our sliding glass doors which may be forced into our townhouse. Campany Roofing got their money and refuses to come back and fix the problem. Just another South Florida hack of a company that has no clue what quality workman ship is. DO NOT HIGHER this company for any roofing needs.

Our insurance company's contractor hired Campany Roofing to repair our roof. They took nearly 2 months "trying" to get a permit. The delay caused significant wood rot during rainy season. We never once even saw them at our property in person. When someone finally showed up, he was offended that we were upset and he quit. Well, good riddance. We got another company, which got a permit in about a week!

Would give negative stars, if possible. HOA forced this company down our throats (pretty sure someone is getting a kickback because $60000 per building for a poor quality roof put on with poor craftsmanship is outrageous). The employees leave their trash all over the yards and cannot even be bothered to clean up after themselves. They also come onto people’s porches and use utilities without permission at the homeowner’s expense. Scraps of material are left everywhere for pets to eat. Holes have been ripped in multiple ceilings due to the lack of care used by the crews. Then they say they are going to fix the hole and don’t show up for days, meanwhile the home is exposed to the elements and smell of the hot mop. Dump truck driver has zero customer service skills. When told about the holes in ceilings, his response was “We know.” Just terrible human beings. I do not recommend this company. If your HOA is considering them for your community project, strongly encourage them to look elsewh
