Gabe was the tech to service our unit today. He was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable answering my questions with no hesitation. He changed the air filter out with suggesting to keep rotating it out every 30 days and how it helps. He was very friendly and I truly believe he is a great asset to the company. I just bought a house and wanted the AC to have a tune up plus I was having some other issues with it. I remembered Virginia from the KVJ show talking about Cooling Advisors and she highly recommended them. That plus great google reviews made me choose them. It was a great decision. Rob came out and did an excellent job. He took his time to explain what he was doing and before he left he gave it all a once over to make sure all was good.
