I'm not one to leave reviews, but I believe the service I received warrants one. We know and expect that things run a lot slower since COVID. I've heard nightmare stories of people being without an air conditioner for months while they wait on parts/new units. Somehow, Flamingo has figured this whole thing out. They returned our call promptly, sending someone out in the rain that day to check things out. Once it was determined we needed a new unit, we had one installed WITHIN THE WEEK. I've rarely experienced such service before the pandemic, but service like this during one-- this is truly exceptional!!! Services: Repair HVAC, Install AC
The came to our office and later on walk away with smile and said bye we waiting all day long .later find out they dont agree with price not fear they should explain to us what was going on
