I had an back up emergency. I called Mickey's Plumbing, the girls in the office were very helpful and kind. She immediately dispatched a plumber. When he arrived, he was compassionate and very helpful. I enjoyed working with this company Service: Drain cleaning

Dakota from Mickeys Plumbing was Awesome. He was Professional and clearly Communicated the issue. He was able to resolve my issue. I am most impressed with his knowledge and honesty. He also arrived in a timely manner. I also would like to give a shout out to Jessica at Mickeys Plumbing for sending Dakota to my rescue. I called with an emergency water leak and she was able to send Dakota within an hour of my initial call. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE , Will definitely use Mickeys Plumbing again. Scheduled an appointment and received a block time and text when they would arrive. I was at home waiting although did not have my phone nearby. I finished a task and looked at my phone and had voicemail. (3:40pm). I called back at 4:00 pm and was told since I did not call back promptly they cancelled. I have been at home the entire time since 3:15 waiting for them per the arrangement made when scheduling and follow on text. At no time did they say I had to be by the phone in order for them to show up.
