Jeff the manager was so professional & knowledgable informing me what would transpire replacing my very old water heater. Dan, an experienced plumber with Integrity, did the installation expertly & properly for the age of the condo building. Integrity really lived up to its name having used them for the first time. Wonderful staff & technicians from beginning to end! I will most certainly be calling Integrity in the near future to address 2 more plumbing issues. I appreciate their outstanding service! Anthony arrived on time performed trouble shooting on our tankless hot water system. I’m confident he did everything to help us including call the manufacturer.
