Not sure where to begin but I will try and keep it short... all I can say is this company is amazing! Woman who answered the phone spoke to me at a very stressful time so you can just imagine! She was so wonderful. She reassured me someone would be out right away and would take good care of us. Father and son (Luis) showed up within an hour of me calling ( at basically end of day ) to try and help figure out what was going on. We thought we had a blockage in main pipe in our quad. Overflowing water in house and all that. Told me what my 2 options were. Very honest and great communication. They tried to run their snakes but had to bring another machine. Thought it would happen the next morning... no these guys made it happen well after 7 pm. Brought in 2 more guys to help. We were able to figure out what the problem was (root in pipe). Called them to repair a broken PVC pipe above ground behind the house. Work) took less than one hour and they charged me $475. Way over priced! Will not use them again. Would advise others to shop around and not be taken advantage of. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
