Eben arrived on time to provide an estimate for our condominiums sewer pipe cleaning and mapping. He was very knowledgeable and gave the Board a detailed estimate for the cleaning and mapping. Was very satisfied.. cant answer if we used this business for the actual work because this was only an estimate and the Board will not be make a decision for a few weeks. I chose A-Z Plumbing because of the review I've read. They are very professional, very responsive and keep and they got the job done in a timely manner. The price was a bit high for me but overall they took care of all my issues. Omar was very knowledgeable. They do charge a $99 fee to come out to look at the problem, if you continue with A-Z to fix the problem then they will waive the $100. Communication is very clear to what is being done.
Entire staff at A to Z Statewide plumbing was courteous and helpful. The technician, Vivian was faced with a challenging job replacing a toilet in my second-floor bathroom in a very tight space. He did it efficiently and professionally while overcoming one challenge after another. All the while he was aware of neatness and finished the job with only a brand new toilet left behind!
