Very unprofessional they lie to your face they redid my roof 4 months ago and it’s leaking even worse now I have pictures of the crew getting drunk on the roof I called yesterday to have him come out and look at the damage he said yes he’ll be here I called in to work missing a day for this to get done I’ve been calling him since 7am where he text me he’ll call back in 10 minutes 2 hours went by no answer called again at 9am got another text saying I’m busy call u right back another 3 hours went by no call finally the 3rd attempt he picks up and says he’s heading over around 6 pm it’s now 10:35pm still no show called him now he says he got sick safe to say I would not recommend this contractor if you have a problem with your roof do not call these people you will regret it Service: Roof repair

I have experienced nothing but professionalism, great time management, awesome communication and excellent service with the crew and staff at Cherry Roofing. The work that was needed to be done was not a lot or a huge job but my family was treated as if we were their biggest account. The work was done during the early summer months were the weather is non forgiving to out door work. Still… the work was completed in a satisfactory time frame. Cherry Roofing provided a full roof replacement for my clay tile roof, which is adjoined to my neighbor's roof. I had two leaks which were repaired during the re-roofing. The work and quality came out beautifully, except where my new roof joined the neighbor's old roof. When this was brought to the company's attention, they responded promptly and the general manager immediately came to review the work and discuss my concerns. Extensive new work was necessary to remedy the issue, but the team at Cherry Roofing worked professionally with me as well as my neighbor to quickly resolve all of our concerns. The roof has been in place for almost two years and it looks and performs beautifully. Thank you to everyone at Cherry Roofing!!
