Honest, affordable and reliable service ????????????. This was 5 stars, but its EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get appts. However I've changed my mind, from 1 star to 4 stars after I was able to make contact with Jeff. He followed through and delivered good air conditioning service to my home. Thank you Jeff.

I called Jeff with Cabral just looking for an estimate for an entire AC/Heating system. Earlier in the day I had another company tell me my board, thermostat and transformer were shot and would cost $1,500-$2,000 to repair it would be better to replace. Jeff did a diagnostic on the transformer, it was bad, checked the board, it was good, then checked the thermostat, it was good. I have a cold house again. Thank you Jeff for being a man of integrity and very honest. I will continue to use you for all of our heating/cooling needs. Very reasonable as well.

Not sure why he received 5 Stars from anyone. He came out to my house twice. Once to service my new A/C system and then a second time to repair what he said was a bad part. Still didn't work after he left the second time. Refused to answer my calls after that. I recently got my A/C fixed by an exceptional company who told me he apparently didn't know what he was doing. Claims to be a Veteran owned business. I am a 20 plus year veteran and it's sad that you treated me this way. Stay clear of this company. I will pray for you.
