Called 3 times promised call back never happened I saw your boiler plate reply, it was lip service, It was you whom I spoke to. feckless doesn't care, was a big commercial job

Got my deposit back quickly but it’s not right to deposit a check before a job is actually started. I got an initial bad impression on the phone because I could hardly understand the person I was talking to (a different guy from the one who came) and I could hear his kids screaming in the background. Yet , Steve, the guy who was sent to give us an estimate, gave us the best impression, the total opposite of the impression on the phone, so we went along and provided a deposit. There was no agreement for them to buy parts nor do anything in particular, other than hold our spot for them to come back and actually start the job. At the end , we decided against the company and were very surprised to find out our check had already been deposited, when the repair had not even started. All they did was shut the water on that particular faucet to stop the leak until they could come back (and I would have been ok with paying just for that, but my deposit was much more than that was worth!). Professional, kept in contact through needed repairs and explained what was needing to be repaired, left a clean work area. I highly recommend this company and all employees I met.
