One of you're workers almost hit me, cutting me off, while I was driving with my son! Truck number 64! Teach your employees to drive, this is ridiculous!
Customer service and installers were very polite and professional. I had electrical outlets and cable TV raised to be behind the TV. However, I was disapointed they did not install connectors for cables in electronics cabinet. Will give them a call to see if I can get them to complete the job, so I can use the cables.
Got a quote from Justin to rewire a Ubiquiti door camera/ chime. Was for one hour at $165. If they went over one hour would be $100 more. Mike and Brian came, and spent maybe at the most 30 minutes. Charged me $265 plus 4% for credit card charge. Emailed Justin to ask about why quote was not honored, still waiting for response, almost week later. BE WARY! UPDATE The company reached out and gave a credit for the over charge. Service: Electrical wiring installation
