I asked them to come out and give me a quote on some work. A plumber came on the Monday and said it looked ok but the supervisor would have to come out and give an estimate. Apparently the supervisor Charlie passed on the Wednesday and then failed to get back to me. I had to call for a week asking for the quote to then just be told by a text they were going to pass. I called to ask why. No one at the office knew and obviously Charlie was missing in action again unobtainable. This is going on another week and nobody got back to me or could tell me why. I have never had such a bad experience with a company. So if you must use the hem beware and if you have Charlie passing to give you a quote who knows if he will ever bother to get back to you

I appreciate the good work provided by Mike Scott Plumbing. We had two leaks in our guest bathroom. Because we had fine service from them before we called Mike Scott Plumbing this time, too. They arrived on time as advertised. The corrective work done took care of both leaks. The work done was efficient and effective. The reason I am giving a 4 star rating instead of five stars is the mess left behind on the floor and in the bathtub. I am so happy the leaks are fixed.

If I could give cero stars I would. I have been using Mike Scott for over ten years. Never had a complaint. Until recently I needed information about a water softener/conditioner and/or filter on my property. First I called. The receptionist took my email to send me info. Never happened. So I got on their website and requested info. I clearly said the best time to call was PM since I work nights. So I get a call at 8AM from Nokomis. When I return her call I was on hold for God knows how long and the call got disconnected. When I called back the receptionist told me to hold for Nokomis since I was returning her call. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and I even took a screen shot to prove it since I could not believe it myself. Then my husband calls and is told bluntly they don’t do water conditioning on well water. Without any other information.They seriously need to do a clean sweep of their receptionists. So sad such a good company is losing business for poor receptionist service. T
