On 9.26.22 Mike Scott plumbing sent a plumber to my home to repair the leaking water softener we purchased from MS 5 years ago. The plumber told me MS didn’t sell our softener any longer and he didn’t know anything about it. He called at least 4 other MS plumbers and none of them could help. I actually overheard one of the plumbers tell my guy to just tell me to call someone else! After an hour and a half the plumber told me that there was a MS plumber who knew how to work on our softener but he was on his day off. The second plumber would be scheduled to come out the following day between 12 and 4. The plumber then ask for $75.00!!!! I told him I didn’t feel that was right and he called his supervisor who agreed that I would pay the service call $75.00 the following day. The second plumber NEVER called or showed up on the 27th between 12 and 4. Mike Scott sold me a $2,000 water softening system and 5 years later they either don’t know how or just don’t care to service what they sell.

If I could give cero stars I would. I have been using Mike Scott for over ten years. Never had a complaint. Until recently I needed information about a water softener/conditioner and/or filter on my property. First I called. The receptionist took my email to send me info. Never happened. So I got on their website and requested info. I clearly said the best time to call was PM since I work nights. So I get a call at 8AM from Nokomis. When I return her call I was on hold for God knows how long and the call got disconnected. When I called back the receptionist told me to hold for Nokomis since I was returning her call. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and I even took a screen shot to prove it since I could not believe it myself. Then my husband calls and is told bluntly they don’t do water conditioning on well water. Without any other information.They seriously need to do a clean sweep of their receptionists. So sad such a good company is losing business for poor receptionist service. T
