I have been with Munn's since I purchased my home in 2009. The service and quality of work has always been great. Time has come for a new system and Munns did a excellent job. Salesperson Ricky is knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly and there was absolutely no pressure to buy even though he knew I was shopping. I went with Munn's because of 2 factors: (1) A great warranty unmatched for 10 years parts and labor, and (2) experience of having excellent service from Munn's over the past 12 years. When installation day came, the installers Chris Berg and his partner were right on time. They were polite and professional and I could tell they knew what they were doing. At the end of the installation process, Chris showed me some basics on operating the thermostat and how to change the filter. When they left, my garage was cleaner than when they started. Munns once again has proven to be a first rate customer service oriented company. Service: Heating
