I contacted Sun Kool in regards to my parents A/C unit needing a repair or troubleshooting, as their unit no longer was blowing cold air. That was at around 11 a:m . The service tech was able to provide my parents with same day service. I was amazed. He came out identified the problem ( Thermostat) and replaced it and also cleaned the unit and looked over the entire system. Within an hour after being at their house , the A/C was blowing cold air once again. The tech was informative and professional. I am in the service business and I was very impressed with this business’s service. My parents live in OTOW (Indigo East) and I am writing this review on their behalf. As they don’t use smart phones. I now have their business card on file and I’ve given my sister one as well. When the time comes for service , repair or replacement I am calling Sun Kool…. 5 Star… J. Press Service: Repair HVAC
Just called. Sun Cool for service, I tried to ask some question about their process the dispatcher called me rude and hung up. They came out for service 3 weeks ago and didn't fix the system but try something and told me to call if it didnt work. The tech was very nice!! They came out on 3/14/22 because my A/c was leaking in multiple spots. The service guy took a look in the crawl space, and changed the filter with one that I purchased and said someone will be in contact to go over my options and pricing. It’s been over a year and no one called, mailed or emailed. Still need the service provided and fixed as the heat is starting again. I’m hoping the company can make this right.
