Keith Freeman actually came early and was so professional and explained everything in detailed on what he was doing and performing on my air conditioner system. Thank you Sun Kool (Keith Freeman) and I signed up for Kool club and also got the 10 year warranty

Just called. Sun Cool for service, I tried to ask some question about their process the dispatcher called me rude and hung up. They came out for service 3 weeks ago and didn't fix the system but try something and told me to call if it didnt work. The tech was very nice!!
