I had a scheduled service with Sun Kool. The technician Pete was a few minutes early, very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable, very patient and willing to answer questions. Our service appointment could not have more pleasant. Absolutely text book! Every consumer hopes for just these kinds encounters. I'm so grateful for Pete and for Sun Kool's wisdom in hiring him.
Technician Pete just finished semiannual service. First of all he was ahead of schedule,nice and we were notified prior to arrival.
