Duncan's Air Conditioning & Heating

In the past I had a warranty on a previous air conditioning system and the AC company that was contracted to provide warranty service simply refused to service my unit. I contacted the warranty company to request a different AC company to do the job, and I was referred to Duncan's Air Conditioning. I have had absolutely wonderful service from Duncan's from day one. Everyone from the office staff to the repair team to the maintenance staff has always been friendly, professional, and given me confidence in all our interactions. Duncan's has been so great to work with that when I needed a replacement AC system, they were the only ones I called. They were out today to provide annual preventive maintenance, and Wayne the technician, did his work very thoroughly and professionally, and I couldn't ask for anything more. I have used Duncan's for repairs and maintenance so far. All of the staff members that I have encountered have been professional, understanding and extremely helpful. They have made a life long customer out of me and I will continue to refer them to all of my friends and family. I will be replacing my AC system with them soon as well! Keep up the good work! Don't trust this company. They sell you an air conditioner that is supposed to have a 10 year warranty, but that warranty don't mean nothing. There was a part that went bad and they are charging me $176.00 to replace it when they are already here and as stated it is under a 10year warranty. They claim they are giving me a so called 10% discount. What a joke. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Wish I could give them no stars. They never send the same tech either.
