Duncan's Air Conditioning & Heating

I have used Duncan's for repairs and maintenance so far. All of the staff members that I have encountered have been professional, understanding and extremely helpful. They have made a life long customer out of me and I will continue to refer them to all of my friends and family. I will be replacing my AC system with them soon as well! Keep up the good work! In the past I had a warranty on a previous air conditioning system and the AC company that was contracted to provide warranty service simply refused to service my unit. I contacted the warranty company to request a different AC company to do the job, and I was referred to Duncan's Air Conditioning. I have had absolutely wonderful service from Duncan's from day one. Everyone from the office staff to the repair team to the maintenance staff has always been friendly, professional, and given me confidence in all our interactions. Duncan's has been so great to work with that when I needed a replacement AC system, they were the only ones I called. They were out today to provide annual preventive maintenance, and Wayne the technician, did his work very thoroughly and professionally, and I couldn't ask for anything more. I needed an emergency AC service, and I wanted a Trane Comfort Specialist. However, I didn't want a "Corporate" type company to work with. I wanted to work with folks that are top-notch in their field, but at the same time make you feel more like they're family or friends rather than someone trying to sell you something. So far, I think I've found that with Duncan's Air Conditioning. They responded to my request extremely quickly, and all the staff I worked with from the lady who called me back to the tech who visited were very professional, but very down to earth and friendly. My service isn't complete yet as parts have to be ordered, but so far, very good. In fact, I'm signing up with them to do my annual maintenance on both of my Trane units.
