I could not be happier with this company! I had them out for a plumbing issue, new toilet, and a couple weeks later a new hot water heater! Communication of arrival time in advance and on time. New to area. Didn't like the first plumber that did a repair, so asked neighbors for references, and couldn't be happier that we did. Mike V was amazing. Professional, courteous, and timely. Walked us thru everything from what was wrong, the different options for moving forward, and installation. I know if we ever need Johnny Jones again (which we wouldn't hesitate if the case arises- they are reasonably priced and everyone provides great customer service), we will be asking specifically for Mike V.
