WCC Heating and Air

WCC installed a new A/C unit in my home for half the price of 8 different companies. They were the only ones that offered a 10yr warranty for parts and labor. That's unheard of. Very professional and the nicest group of people you'll meet. When my A/C went out they were the only ones that could get someone out to look at it w/in an hour. I knew I was on borrowed time with the unit I had but was scared to spend any money with being just layed off due to Covid 19. They were the only company from Tampa too Orlando that offered financing with 0% interest!! I did the application while they were fixing my old unit. Was approved within 5 minutes and had them install a new unit the same week!! On top of it, they didn't charge me the service fee to fix my old unit because they were putting a new unit in. Shop around and do research, a local company will take care of you because they appreciate your business. I normally do not post "positive" feedback but when you have the experience I had, you

had them come out 2 times to my business great first time the 2nd time there was a huge lack of communication, to the point i didnt see the invoice for over 2 months after the visit to see what i was paying for, they said they had gone through a few receptionist is why i slipped though the cracks is what i was told, the work will get done just make sure your calling them dont wait for them to call you back it could be nearly a month before you hear from the company. i asked about my first visit and was told the invoice would have to be looked at. 3 weeks later i get asked again what my email is to pay the invoice, I then had to remind the them about the follow up someone was suppose to have with me 3 weeks ago and then he brings it to my attention, they were just looking to get paid not fix my issue.

All contact with WCC has been Pleasant & Professional. The Installers are polite & respectful in their communications. They are quite knowledgeable knowing the work to be accomplished and work Hard accomplishing the complexed project to perfection. They leave the work place clean & in proper working order.
