On my way to work someone bringing an air Gibson mechanical truck almost ran me off the road SEVERAL times and almost hit me several times. Your people shouldn't be driving a company truck if they're not going to drive safely!

Initially I was going to give them a 5 star for quick response and repair. I was so happy with them I wanted to hire them for additional work , I wanted them to make sure the registers and supply line had no leaks(I repaired several) along with adding an additional line. The office scheduled me for their maintenance service, which would take care of that along with doing a full check of the unit itself. In short they assured me that the unit and ducts were in good working order( no leaks). They apologized for the inconvience but said they couldnt add the additional duct because the office only asked that they give me an estimate, but that they couldnt do that either because they couldnt get to the ducts to measure. I found that odd because I can see the ducts without crawling to it. I also worked under there and did a lot of work myself .....I am over 200 pounds with an injured knee and was able to get to the ducts. They also asked me how are the ducts running under the house.
