Top Notch Air Conditioning & Heating

We have used Top Notch multiple times! I’m very happy with them and trust them. They don’t try to get more than we need and they always return our desperate call quickly. They were closed on Sunday but I left a message and first thing in the morning they called me! I hate when you sit around all day waiting for a return call if a company can even come out or not! The name of the company says it all!! Top Notch was the company that did the install on the AC when we had our house built, so they were who we reached out to a year later when we had an issue. It wasn't anything that was done wrong but an issue with the units manufacturer. We should have joined the class action law suit against the manufacturer at that time and we didn't. About 5 years later we had the same issue. My husband was out of town when our AC went out so he called Top Notch to see how soon they could get someone out to check it. When they found out we have a son with special needs that can't regulate his body temperature, they sent a tech out immediately to check. Oscar checked it out and found the same problem and called the office to see how long it would take the part to come in, luckily they had one in stock and sent it out with another tech.
