I had 5 companies give me presentations and quotes. Allan Sheppard from RIG Roofing gave the best , most professional presentation of any of the companies. RIG was not the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive but was the best. They kept me informed thru every stage of the process, they completed the job in a day and 1/2 and left my property totally clean and looking amazing. From the start Destiny, the job coordinator assisted in getting us connected to the appropriate individuals to Help us with roof repairs and inspection and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Francisco was able to assist us with the necessary repairs we needed for our roof. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and had excellent communication. We also had a certified roof inspection completed by sales rep Alan. We needed the inspection ASAP to prevent insurance cancellation. He was able to inspect the home and give us a report with photos on such a short notice. Alan was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Again, we highly recommend RIG.
