Contracted for a new installation mid 2023. A/C was not working at our fall move in. Came out, stated it was a freon leak and that he fixed it, but it still doesn’t work. Now he dodges calls or says he will call back but doesn’t. This should be under warranty for a new installation but we’re sweating in the Florida summer heat and have a ridiculous electric bill because it constantly runs, as it isn’t cooling properly, but if we turn it off, it will be as hot or hotter than outside temperatures.

AC went out the night before last. I called a few companies but this one actually was responsive and had someone out within 2 hours! The guy that came out was super friendly and gave me advise and I signed up to have them come out a couple times a year to make sure everything is good.
