Contracted for a new installation mid 2023. A/C was not working at our fall move in. Came out, stated it was a freon leak and that he fixed it, but it still doesn’t work. Now he dodges calls or says he will call back but doesn’t. This should be under warranty for a new installation but we’re sweating in the Florida summer heat and have a ridiculous electric bill because it constantly runs, as it isn’t cooling properly, but if we turn it off, it will be as hot or hotter than outside temperatures.
Scott was very kind and professional. He responded to my home and the problem was immediately diagnosed and fixed in less than 10 mins. I will definitely be using him again in the future when needed.
Right Way Air is amazing!! My AC went out the day my mother passed away, so I needed service, but couldn't be there because I had to fly away, I left it up to them, they even wrangled my cat back in from the garage! I would recommend them to anyone!
