Back in May of 2021 I used this company for an after hours call. While I do remember how nice the repair man was and how quickly he responded. As a server I pay with cash for a lot of things. I did that on this call. Now in December they are trying to bill me again. Please if you use them pay with a card and make sure you keep records they will try to double bill you.
I hate taking the time to write reviews but today I’m happy to do so. Matt Lindbergh just now completed our annual service. We found Matt to be timely, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Our tech was Matt. From the minute he knocked on our door he was eager to get to work. He explained everything in simple layman terms. He was thorough and didn't cut corners, I could tell he was being very thorough with diagnostics and removing leaves, complete and thorough. Sometimes even though you don't know anything about the trade you know you got a great technician that day. Thank you Matt !! Services: Cleaning, A/C system repair
