The plumbing portion of the job was great. Since the repair was in concrete block the cement had to be Broken away for the repair then patched. The first patch was less than satisfactory however they sent out a technician immediately the next day to remove the first patch and rework the area. The second fix was far better although I still need to work the area a bit to blend with the existing stucco. In summary we are very pleased with the plumbing work and recommend for plumbing however do not recommend having them perform the patch in concrete. You might consider patching yourself if capable or using someone who specializes in concrete repair. Overall happy with Frank Gay and the quick response to the first call and follow up visit although was very pricey for the repair ($1,200) Services: Plumbing pipe repair, A/C system repair

I called for plumbing services and for sure I know if/ when in need will call again. Starting with scheduling fast and very courteous agent gave me some offer options without being pushy. I was able to schedule in a convenient time for me. Cooper let me know ahead of time when he was on his way, He was very respectful, inspected the toilet I had problems with and gave me options to have the problem fixed. He explained the difference in prices. Once i decided on one option he started working right away. Kept me informed of what he was doing and gave very good and practical advice.

I would never use this company again. They came to fix a clogged drain. They charged me $850 dollars, and never fixed it. After arguing with the manager I was told I either needed a jet clean (this service is $5000) or to have a pipe replaced. I could not believe that so I had Rainaldi services come out. They fixed the problem for $300 and I have had no problems since. This company will overcharge, and try to get you to sign up for services that are not needed. I was shocked, and am still fighting with them about the invoice for a service that was never actually done.
