Had a power outage this weekend and the generator had a malfunction. I called several places with no response. I called generac to see if they could help me find someone asap and they told me doc watts was the place to go 5 star rating and I couldn’t go wrong with them. I called them. Left messages and even used there chat option. It’s been over 24 hours since the issue and I have still not received a call email text or anything. Found another provider Genstar in Sanford they answered the phone and had someone here within 20 minutes and got everything running quickly. I would not recommend this business if you have a problem and are left in the dark because they won’t bother returning a call or message. Unfortunately this business wasn’t the only one that did the same thing.

The service from Doc Watts was first rate. Doc Watts sent someone out the same day for a reasonable price. Alex was extremely friendly, professional, and explained what the problem was as well as the solution. He promptly replaced the module and got my power restored within 30 min. Will definitely call Doc Watts again and request Alex if that is possible. Service: Electrical power restoration

Gentleman was great who came to price the job but haven't heard from Doc Watts since then, called multiple times to request my estimate but again, still nothing. That was also months ago and I have since had the work done by someone who wanted the job. Maybe I was the exception but you guys get 0/10 for communication and follow up.
