We had service performed today, fan installation that I had attempted to install myself, almost got there but there was an issue that required expert assistance. Alex was the person that came to my rescue. He called in advance as stated, arrived on time, very professional and expert. Explained where that I had gone wrong and the installation was done in no time. Cleaned up afterwards. He was very accommodating providing excellent service. As Doc Watts states "There’s no substitute for going the extra mile. We firmly believe it, and we train our staff to provide nothing but the best service." And Alex did, any future needs,I will call for the Doc!
The service from Doc Watts was first rate. Doc Watts sent someone out the same day for a reasonable price. Alex was extremely friendly, professional, and explained what the problem was as well as the solution. He promptly replaced the module and got my power restored within 30 min. I needed repairs done ASAP to pass inspection for the closing of my house. At first I was a little scared when they gave their hourly rate for one hour. They told me that the cost depends on the job. I was determine to make sure the Electrician was not going to waste any time to get the job done in less than an hour. I met with Alex ,who arrived on time, was professional, listened to my instructions on the two areas that needed fixing. He went to his truck one time and within half an hours time, he completed his task and still chatted with me for a few more minutes. His work was diligent, clean and I didn't have to spend any extra money. WOW.. I was impressed and I highly recommend Ladies to use Doc Watts.
