Gentleman was great who came to price the job but haven't heard from Doc Watts since then, called multiple times to request my estimate but again, still nothing. That was also months ago and I have since had the work done by someone who wanted the job. Maybe I was the exception but you guys get 0/10 for communication and follow up.

Everyone I dealt with here was fabulous. Jacob explained how a whole house generator works, talked me through my options and even steered me to low interest financing. As an added bonus, all the guys that worked on my generator provided nice eye candy ????

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I own a retail business and while I was ringing out a customer, a fire broke out in my circuit panel. We had to use a fire extinguisher to put it out, and unfortunately it fried all of my electric throughout the shop. I couldn’t run my POS system or do any sales, none at all. I called around to 9 different electricians and everyone told me it would be 2 weeks until they could source the new panel and have a tech install it. NOT DOC WATTS THOUGH!! They were able to pull a technician and have him at my shop an hour after my initial call. When no one else could find the new panel to install, Doc Watts did it within a few hours. They went above and beyond with the repair, and my new set up is working perfectly. They were professional and courteous, and explained everything to me as they were doing it.
