Ultimately would have been better off doing the job myself. Chris was very attentive to meeting my schedule in replacing my water heater. However, upon returning home to inspect the job, I found neither the overpressure relief or the drain had been plumbed to the exterior as was the case with my old water heater, plus my $230 electric anode had been discarded. This then required extra time and money on my part to return my water heater system to the way it was before Chris did the job. Chris's explanation was I did not tell him to keep the anode and the water heater did not require being plumbed to the outside. This is true however I assumed he would set the new unit up the same as the one he was replacing. In the end, I was worse off after Chris did the the job as my old water heater worked perfectly and was only being changed due to home insurance requirements. Service: Water heater installation

Received top notch service from Chris at In Control Plumbing Services! We had an emergency in the middle of the evening where one of our showers wouldn't turn off. Thankfully, Chris was available and immediately made his way over. He was very professional and courteous while he was in our home, and efficiently replaced our shower's bad cartridge. Chris owns his own plumbing company he is the only plumber and reap the benefits of coming out using homeowners insurance companies and not wanting to do the work. He is very lazy does not seem enthusiastic about finding the problem. Definitely don’t waste your time
