To echo others, this guy is a scam artist. He collects money from home insurance companies and leaves the tenant with no repair or shoddy repairs. Terrible value, look elsewhere.

Chris owns his own plumbing company he is the only plumber and reap the benefits of coming out using homeowners insurance companies and not wanting to do the work. He is very lazy does not seem enthusiastic about finding the problem. Definitely don’t waste your time
