Hands down best roofing company we dealt with. I got bids from Eustis Roofing to Certified Roofing & BFarr. These guys not only had the best bid, but were the only ones able to get the color shingle I wanted. The other guys were either super limited on colors or were too busy to deal with us. Jill from the office and foreman Greg, they were amazing. Such nice ppl. Can’t say enough good things about them. Our roof was so rotted from years of neglect and they really came through. Working with Advanced Commercial Contractors for my build out of my standalone office, they recommended I use Speer Roofing and I'm thankful I did. Going from the previous shingle to metal gives my office the look it needs to standout from the surrounding business offices. I worked with Charlie who lead me from point A with the evaluation and estimate to point B with completion and making sure my roof was done by my designated time for opening. I would absolutely recommend them for any roofing needs, and look forward to using them for my home too!

Unfortunately our roof had reached it's life expectancy and needed a new roof. We obtained 5 roofing quotes and all came in within 1000.00 dollars of each other. Speer Roofing wasn't the least expensive nor the highest. However, they were reasonable on the wood replacement and acted very professional. They Offered their licensing and workman's compensation insurance policies. Their representative Brad gave an in depth description of materials used and application of the roofing materials and warranties. At the time of my roof replacement they had a special to replace existing gutters. The combination of a reasonable quote, proper licensing and insurance, materials including reasonable wood replacement, warranty, gutter replacement and professionalism is why I chose Speer Roofing. The roof passed County Inspection! Our homeowners insurance went down in price! I highly recommend!
