Great experience from the start. Dara provided a fantastic first impression with her professional and personable communication. I was well-informed by the end of our conversation and understood what to expect, what was to be done, and who would be doing it. Claudio was punctual, very friendly, and demonstrated the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities to gain my confidence and earn my trust. My AC was on its way out, the blower died, and I called B&L to help assess my AC. They said they could replace the blower on my decade old AC or gave me a few options for a new AC -- they were honest in laying out the options and did not pressure me one way or the other. My old AC was pretty much at the end of it's life expectancy, and the repair costs were substantial so I went with a new AC. ACs are expensive right now but it sounds like they're only getting more expensive. Steve and Dan came out later that week and spent the whole day installing the new AC, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and doing it right instead of just getting it done. They were also very friendly to my dog :) The owner Fabian also dropped by to make sure everything was going well. Really happy with the new AC, they ran new lines and a new hurricane pad for the outside exchanger. Would recommend B&L to anyone! Service: Install AC
