BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! My husband and I hired them and scheduled our reroof, after in depth communication regarding the types or repairs that are needed. Our 73 year old house has exposed beams in the living room. They are rough hewn and are true dimensional lumber - not something you would find off the shelf at Home Depot or Lowes. I communicated this repeatedly to the salesman (Chuck Griffin), and provided a detailed document with photos reflecting the area of concern. The agreed upon approach was to remove original rough hewn beams from an area that is hidden, and to install them in the visible areas. I was connected with the person who is supposed to be the site supervisor (Elijah) and we had the exact same discussions, and he advised we would meet early in the morning on Friday to do a walk through and look at the areas so he could convey it to the work crew.
