I want to take this time to broadcast the professionalism from Aaron F. Aaron came out to give me an estimate regarding my roof. He was very knowledgeable regarding the type of service I would require, and my experience wonderful and easy! Aaron Foster gave me an estimate that was in my budget, arrived on time and helped me during my roofing project. Aaron took the time to call me on the way and provided clear instructions and outlooks. I had no questions when he departed from his visit. Aaron was extremely WONDERFUL and I would recommend him to anyone that is in the roofing market. You truly need more employees like Aaron that can provide assistance, perspectives, and transparency. Good job, Aaron!!!

Horrible Customer service, horrible! I had a terrible experience with Total Home Roofing. I hired them to work on my roof, but they did a very bad job. The roof didn't pass inspection, and there were countless missing shingle gaps. To make matters worse, the cost was over $20,000, which is outrageous for the poor quality of work they delivered. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services. Their lack of professionalism and the subpar workmanship left me with a big headache and a damaged roof. Avoid them at all costs!

I was very pleased with Whitney who assisted me in every way. She is so knowledgeable in this line of work. She answered all of my questions and wanted to ensure that I understood the process. She is just amazing. I also wanted to include two other Customer Service Rep Gaby and Ilean who were just as amazing. They were very professional and courteous even when I was agitated they never changed their tone. Thank you for great customer service and valuing my time. Gladys
